Initial formal training at “the hair laboratory” (Tokyo) and Mods Hair (Sapporo). More than 20 years of experience in Japan and Germany. Sees the interplay of structure, volume, texture and growth cycles, in creating loose French-style hairstyles that stay in shape even as the hair grows. In addition to her very busy role as owner of iramasure, Maki enjoys playing Koto, a traditional Japanese instrument.

Trained at Belle Epoque Hairdressing School in Harajuku, Tokyo. Joined iramasure in 2018. After a drastic experience in his childhood, when he no longer dared to go to school because his mother had cut his hair, he pays special attention to create a harmonious overall image with the hairstyle. Most of all, he likes to listen to music, from techno to jazz to classical music, and does a lot of analog photography.

Hitomi attended the BELéBEL hairdressing school in Osaka. After Kyoto, the cosmopolitan stylist moved to New York in 2014, then on to London in 2016. She has been working at iramasure since 2018. She always strives to provide a hairstyle that is easily manageable and in no way inferior to the result immediately after the appointment. In her free time she is interested in fashion, traveling and enjoys a good glass of wine.

Trained as a hair stylist at Chunichi Hairdressing School in Nagoya. After 5 years in Toronto, Canada, she has been working at iramasure since 2018. She has been fascinated by fashion, hair & makeup since she was a child. She works with the fundamental goal of sensitively implementing the styling wishes of her customers. In her spare time, she loves to create ice cream. She is very approachable and always calm. Speaks English and Japanese.

Formal stylist training in Kansai, Japan. Worked as hair stylist in Osaka and Sydney, Australia, for 9 years. In 2019, her path led her to Berlin, where she has been demonstrating her original craft at iramasure ever since, always with the goal of making her customer(s) happy with a hairstyle that is easy to manage. In her free time she does a lot of sports and is passionate about cooking. She speaks English, and is learning German on the side.

Originally from Tokyo. Trained as a makeup artist and then as hair stylist in Berlin. Here at iramasure since the beginning of 2020. With an eye on contemporary styles, she is not afraid to constantly educate herself and incorporate trends into the hair design process. Her hobbies include figure collecting, watching YouTube videos, UFO catching, or snorkeling in the ocean. Suzu is direct and straightforward, speaks excellent German.

Leo grew up bilingual (German & Japanese). After graduating from high school, he spent one year in seven different places abroad, seven months of them in Japan. In 2017 he moved to the capital for his studies in Physical Engineering at the Technical University of Berlin. Since summer 2020 he is part of the iramasure team as a receptionist. In his free time, he listens to a lot of music and DJs.
